So far, still no good solution.  Maybe if a few hurricanes come through and replenish the resevoirs.  But right now, the water's going down and keeps going down. 

 

There might be no technological solution.  It might be too many people taking out too much.  The resources have a set limit, and while population growth is still happening, it will put higher stress on the region. 

 

You can fight about the land all you want, just don't forget the water.
