As banks are begin squeezed to comply, and have less money to lend, all businesses, large and small are feeling the pressure.

The big problem is, many companies will go out of business without these loans. So if the economic recovery is hampered, it won't be because banks won't give loans to small businesses, it will be because those small businesses won't be around to give loans to.

There are many hurdles every company needs to survive, cash flow is one of them. Sometimes it is only bad luck that picks one company over another, or is the difference between a success or bankruptcy.
