Get more sleep

Every once in a while, I write about the benefits of sleep.

regular sleep is necessary for humans to functions, and entrepreneurs are still human.

other than weight loss, greater memory, better health, etc.  There's no reason to get a good night's sleep.

Of all the things you don't have time for, make time for sleep.  Otherwise the time that you are awake becomes wasted.
