Future instability

How water and climate change will cause instability in the future world. 
Water is too important, too vital, too necessary:
to price, to regulate or change policy.

Food or fuel can change to water or death quickly.

And in that scenario, it becomes easy to see what people will choose.  At the extremes, will folks wash their car, or survive another 3 days.

There's no perfect answer to this right now.  But if we don't find an answer that's "good enough" then we're going to have a lot of problems going forward.
