Words - text only convey a small portion of the information in a conversation.
Being in a meeting, face to face, you can get the entire picture.
Non verbal cues are as important as which words you choose to use. Be careful when presenting you and your company, insecurity and tentativeness will kill a deal quickly. Confidence is a necessary but not sufficient condition in order to persuade someone to invest in your idea.
