Silicon Valley, Boston, Seattle are not the only places discoveries will be made. And the new discoveries will be made for less money, will be made in more areas, and with fewer controls.

A new era of innovation is coming, and it will not have "Made in the USA" stamped on it. We've seen this before, but never in so many different regions, and in so many different fields.
